Processing Times

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

UK: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days
International: 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.

From time to time, Louvella may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Louvellauk@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note that Louvella cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, incorrect delivery information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
